Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GigOne. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GigOne.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining access to its email address.

Usernames must follow the format shown in the app and may not impersonate another person, violate rights or mislead other users. We may require a username to be changed when necessary to protect the service or others.

Using GigOne

You may use GigOne to organize legitimate music and event work. You may not use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, harass others, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service or automate abusive activity.

Your content and team workspaces

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give GigOne the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, display and back up that content so the service can operate. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and share it.

Content connected to a project or gig may be visible to other members according to their role and permissions. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing access appropriately.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, included features and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the store or billing provider used for the purchase. Canceling stops future renewals and does not normally refund the current billing period, except where required by law or the applicable store rules.

Third-party services

GigOne may connect to third-party platforms for authentication, subscriptions, music information, lyrics, media or other features. Their services and content are governed by their own terms, and their availability may change independently of GigOne.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep GigOne available and reliable, but the service is provided as available and may experience interruptions. Features may be added, changed or discontinued. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect paid use.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using GigOne at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or harms the service or other users. Legal retention requirements and rights granted to other workspace members may affect how shared records are handled after an account closes.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, GigOne is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every professional purpose. GigOne is an organizational tool and is not a substitute for contracts, accounting, tax, legal or safety advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
