Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about using GigOne, managing your account and working with your team.
Who is GigOne for?
GigOne is designed for freelance musicians, solo artists, bands, worship teams, managers, production crews and event companies. You can use it on your own or invite a team when you are ready.
Can I use GigOne only for my personal repertoire?
Yes. Your personal repertoire works independently from projects. You can save songs, keys, BPM, versions, notes and preparation status for your own use.
How do projects and gigs work together?
A project keeps an artist, band or team organized over time. Gigs hold the date, venue, schedule, staff, repertoire, production details and payment information for one event. You can also create an independent gig without a project.
Can my whole team use the same workspace?
Yes. Invite people by their GigOne username and assign the roles and access they need. Each member signs in with their own account.
How does Show Mode keep the team in sync?
The team follows the same live show position while each person sees information for their role, including music resources, artist cues, timing and technical notes.
Can I track what I am owed for each gig?
Yes. Musicians can track their own fees. GigOne Pro adds broader project income, expense, staff and payment management.
How do I reset my password?
Open Profile and select Reset password. GigOne will email a secure link to the address connected to your account. You can also use Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
Can I change my username?
Yes. Open Profile, choose Edit and enter a new username. GigOne checks its availability before you save. Usernames use 3 to 24 lowercase letters, numbers, dots or underscores.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create a Free account without a credit card and upgrade when you need Pro features.
Where can I review the legal policies?
The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are always available from your Profile and from the links at the bottom of GigOne's website.
