Delete your GigOne account

Request permanent deletion of your account and personal data. You can do this here without installing the app.

Your profile, private notes, personal repertoire, personal finance entries and uploaded files will be removed. This cannot be undone once processing starts.

Shared projects, gigs and repertoire remain with the team. Administration transfers to an existing team member. Shared financial records remain without your account identity.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple, Google Play or web subscription. Cancel billing with the provider to avoid further charges. An active subscription does not prevent this request.

Requests are reviewed and processed within 7 days. Save your receipt link to check progress and completion, including after your account is removed.

We remove your sign-in identity and connected-service credentials. The status receipt is retained without your account identity. Service providers may retain records required by their own legal obligations.
